She is already searching for all types of costumes that she can wear and has already bought and returned one. So the other day we came up with a pretty cool idea, and that is that we could all go with our friends and each dress up like characters form Alice in Wonderland. It’s a great idea but now she’s not sure if she wants to wear the red queen costume or the white queen costume. I think she’s more of a white queen type of girl but she doesn’t like the way it looks, probably because it doesn’t show enough body.

The red queen costume is definitely sexier, but the white is fancier, like you could maybe win a contest with it. Either way we’ll have fun, maybe I’ll end up dressing like the white queen if she doesn’t.. :)

For starters, one of the most powerful upgrades you can do with your kitchen is by selecting different countertop options like black granite, or specifically cheap countertops. These are two of the hottest trends for countertop options going on the market right now and can increase your sell value of the home and make it easier to close the deal as well. You will however find that they come at a greater cost than other countertop options. For instance, when you compare quartz countertops prices to laminate you will be paying about four times as much, but once again this will be returned in your investment.

The next major addition you should consider are kitchen flooring options which can be anything from tile, to wood floors. It’s important to match the motif of your counters, if you have cheap countertops but very expensive looking flooring it will end up looking tacky together and possibly hurt the ability of the home to sell. It’s best to upgrade these together or at least make sure that one will match the other once it’s installed.

Finally, not an essential piece but a very powerful option you have is to have back tiles like glass backsplashes for kitchens installed above your countertops. This can bring out colors and different variations with your entire kitchen and add an extra eye catching scene to it as more colors are typically acceptable with this option.

If you keep these main items in mind when upgrading you’ll increase the chances of getting a positive return on your upgrades.
